SFM Preview

Today, we’ll take a closer look at the Bundesliga and the Serie A!

🇩🇪 Bundesliga

Not really a classical banger, but looking at the table, an exciting match nevertheless.

Borussia Dortmundvs.TSG Hoffenheim

Third-placed Borussia Dortmund hosts persecutor TSG Hoffenheim, which could overtake the Borussia if they can stand up to the Yellow Wall and take the three points!

The SFM clearly favors Dortmund. Interestingly, it puts the median probability of Hoffenheim’s top scorer, Fisnik Asllani, at a staggering 80%!

⚽️ Median Probability of scoring at least one goal:

Special Remarks

Scoring at least two goals: Maximilian Beier – Borussia Dortmund: ~ 7%

Scoring no goal: Fisnik Asllani – TSG Hoffenheim: ~ 80%

🇮🇹 Serie A

A classic in Italy, that’s for sure: on Sunday evening it will be all eyes on the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona!

SSC Napolivs.Juventus Turin

Always a match that is filled with heavy emotions and devotion – especially on the Neapolitan side: from selling toilet paper with Juventus’ logo on it, to wrapping Gonzalo Higuain’s shirt around a trash bin after his move from the Vesuvio to Juventus. There’s a special vibe to that match.

On the Neapolitan side, the SFM still places the highest odds on Rasmus Hoejlund to find the back of the net. In contrast, David Neres, who has carried Napoli to wins against Atalanta Bergamo and the AS Roma, is only given a meager probability.

For Juventus, with Dusan Vlahovic being sidelined, it is Lois Openda – who has so far in 10 appearances not scored at all (!) -- who is given the highest odds of finding the back of the net.

⚽️ Median Probability of scoring at least one goal:
